This website (Elutio) is operated by Airplane DOO, 9 Sima Matavulja, Herceg-Novi 85340, Montenegro (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data you provide to us.

We process only the data you give us yourself: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message. You may provide these through the form on this site or by contacting us through any of the channels shown on the site.
The server hosting this site may automatically log technical connection data — IP address, browser type, date and time of access — as far as necessary to operate and secure the site.
We do not process special categories of personal data. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare the materials you requested and discuss the terms of our services.
The legal bases are your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for data submitted through the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot reply to you; there are no other consequences of not providing them.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers we engage may have access to the data, in the following categories: website hosting and delivery, processing of submitted forms, e-mail, and communication tools. They act solely on our instructions under data processing agreements.
Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in countries for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision. We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing.
You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
To exercise these rights, write to info@elutio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in your country of residence or in Montenegro (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama).
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), to the extent it applies to the offering of services to individuals in the European Union, and with Montenegrin personal data protection law.
